Rascia’s Creative Cakes offers a 2 hour Basic decorating class, or a 3 day Advanced class which teaches the whole process from recipes through decorating.


Basic Class  $25.00 
One day class: November 17, 19, December 1, 3, 8, or 10th.  6:00-8:00p.m.
cake13 This two hour class is a fun bonding experience for any group or organization.  Receive instruction from a qualified gingerbread baker who has made hundreds of houses over the years.  We provide fresh baked houses ready for you to decorate, along with tips, tubes, royal icing and some candy.  For more variety, we suggest that you bring your favorite candy to decorate your house and to share with your friends.

Advanced Class $125.00

Three day class December 2,9,16.  6:00 – 8:00p.m.

Fill your home with the aroma of Christmas!  This 3 day class will teach you the process of making a Gingerbread House from recipes through decorating.

Day One
*Making gingerbread dough
*Rolling out
*Selecting your pattern; Swiss Chalet, Church, or House with Dormer
*Baking the house
Day Two
*Assembling your house
*Learn tricks for making details for your house, which might include trees, bushes, snowmen, snowflakes, etc.
Day Three
*Decorating your house
