About Rascia Rascia has been designing cakes for over 25 years.
She has degrees from the Chicago Wilton School of Confectionery Art, Country Kitchens, and The House of Clarendon. Her studies include cake design, gum paste, pulled sugar, rolled fondant, and cake sculptures. Rascia has studied with Wesley Wilton, Roland Winbeckler, Colette Peters, Bronwen Weber, Nicholas Lodge and Julie Bashore. |
